Calendula, Alpha

Large orange 2-3″ flowers.  Often called Pot Marigold, edible Calendula Alpha petals can be used fresh or dried sprinkled into salads or topping soups and desserts.  High resin content for medicinal use and teas.  Taste is tangy and slightly bitter.
