Greenthread, Navajo / Hopi Tea

Produces small golden-yellow coreopsis-like blooms on narrow stems and leaves.  Native to West and Southwest.  Used since ancient puebloan times to make tea from the dried leaves and stems with a slightly smokey, jasmine scent and natural sweetness.  Can be a host plant for butterflies.
