Primary herb used in the Za’atar condiment mix (with toast sesame, dried sumac, garlic, olive oil, salt…) holding its name. Oregano, thyme and marjoram flavors. Known as Wild-Middle Eastern Oregano, it will grow into a 2 1/2 foot shrub with soft gray-green leaves.
