Golf Ball to 2″ sized eggplant are eaten cooked in many Thai, Indian and Vietnamese curry dishes and raw in salads or with chili paste (nam phrik).  Early  producer (40 – 50 days), container friendly, bushy, 2 – 3 ft height. Best eaten small, and can be baked, stewed, roasted, grilled and pickled.
