Also known as Shishitograshi. Sweet East Asian pepper. Most are mild with some hot. Tip of the pepper (唐辛子, tōgarashi) resembles the head of a lion (獅子, shishi). Fruit is thin-skinned and easily blisters and chars when heated. Ripens to red. Often blistered green.
