Costoluto di Parma

Classic Italian red ribbed slicing tomato from Emilia Romagna.  Intensely flavored, it is natively served sliced on artisan bread with the parma ham and parmesan cheese (with a drizzle olive oil) from the region.  Our seeds travelled with a friend returning from Italy, and we are not sure of the size of the fruit.  Typically 6 – 14 oz.
