Papalo

Cilantro-like herb from Mexico with hint of mint and citrus. Tall plant growing 3-6 ft. Thrives in hot conditions without bolting. Used fresh as garnish or in salads to add flavor at the end of preparations. Used as a taco topping in Mexico, or atop soups and rice dishes.
